General Guideline: Use Teams when you want full access collaboration with under 2500 people. Teams is a full-collaboration tool - anyone you add to the team will have full access across all of the assets that the Team owns (chats, files, plans, notebooks for example) so please consider who you wish to be a member of your team. Student to student knowledge sharing in classes. Create a work space for members of a project team. Collaboration and chatting between members of a department. Access via the web, desktop client or mobile client. Microsoft Teams is a hub for teamwork in Office 365: a chat-based work space to collaborate in real time. Create a Gantt view from the task list and show that in the Team. This can save time, as you can have your team interact with the SharePoint task list. Microsoft Project can export to a SharePoint task list. Create views for your phased releases, and add those views as separate tabs to your Team. This can be particularly useful if you have a view that you want the team to see. Create custom lists in SharePoint and use them as tabs within your Team. Use SharePoint custom lists when you need more interactive capability than Excel Online can provide. Examples: Task list, risk log, issue log, team roster, curated hyperlinks lists. Create a single list, but with multiple views filtered by various criteria to make the list easier to interact with. Use SharePoint to create custom lists and views to use within your Teams. Use SharePoint when you need to recover files deleted from Team OneDrive folders. Use the SharePoint interface when you wish to set custom permissions on shared OneDrive folders and files (such as those that come with Office 365 groups/Teams). SharePoint sites are automatically created whenever you create a new Office 365 group (such as those that are created when you create a Team.). SharePoint technology underlies OneDrive and Teams. SharePoint is a collaboration intranet system which allows for sharing and managing of content, knowledge, and applications. Quit the application and re-open to start using Office. After setup runs, you may be prompted with the Getting Started screen again. Personal your copy of office and select your preferred setting for updates and click Continue. After you have completed the install process, open an Office application, such as Word and you will be presented with the Get Started with Office 2011 screen. Once the download completes, double-click the Microsoft Office 2011.dmg file and run the installer. Click the Install button to install the last version of Office. The page will default to the "Office" options. After installation, open one of the Microsoft Office programs and register using "Sign in to an existing." and use your *You may be prompted to choose either Microsoft Account or Organizational Account - Choose Organizational Account. Select Office 365 settings, then select Software.Log in to your Sharkmail account and select the Settings icon in the upper right-hand corner.

You can use the basic features immediately, but do not go offline or restart your computer until the installation is complete. While the video plays, the installation will continue in the background until the software has been fully installed.
A video will display to explain the new features of Office 365 ProPlus. If you need the 64-bit installer, click on "advanced" under versions and select 64-bit option. 
If your computer has a 64-bit operating system, Microsoft recommend the 32-bit installer.
